Job Overview: As the Director of Exemplars in Global Health, you will lead a dynamic, cross-functional team tasked with producing impactful research and engaging global decision-makers to influence policy decisions. Your role will involve setting the vision for research strategies and knowledge development, leading academic partnerships, ensuring methodological rigor, and translating research into actionable insights. You will also be responsible for expanding partnerships and policy influence by engaging with governments, funders, and multilateral organizations to integrate findings into strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will enhance dissemination and audience engagement through digital platforms and publications, ensuring that research reaches key stakeholders effectively. Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess 20+ years of experience in global health research, policy, development strategy, or consulting. An advanced degree such as an MPH, PhD, MD, or equivalent is preferred. Proven expertise in research leadership, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communications is essential. Candidates should have deep knowledge of health financing, health systems strengthening, and global development funding mechanisms.
