Job Overview: The position of Missions at Solidarités International involves significant responsibilities in developing and overseeing the overall strategy of the mission in the DRC. Duties and Responsibilities: The key responsibilities for the Missions position include:
Participating in the development and monitoring of the overall mission strategy.
Leading the funding strategy in alignment with mission priorities.
Coordinating the funding cycle and developing quality project proposals.
Diversifying the mission's grant portfolio and ensuring compliance with donor procedures.
Collaborating with the director" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">Country Director as the focal point for institutional partners and NGOs.
Providing teams with necessary tools for compliance throughout the project cycle.

Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a higher education degree in Political Science, International Relations, International Development, or a related field. They should have a solid understanding of donor platforms, rules, and procedures, along with experience in reporting and project proposals with various institutional donors. Strong analytical and writing skills are essential, as well as the ability to synthesize complex information effectively.

The salary is competitive, starting from EUR 2860 gross per month, plus a monthly per diem of USD 80
SI covers housing costs and travel expenses between the expatriate's home country and the duty station. The organization provides a comprehensive health insurance plan, including coverage for medical, dental, and ophthalmological care, as well as repatriation. Expatriates are entitled to a break system, allowing for 7 working days off every three months, with additional rest days accrued. Living conditions in Goma are challenging due to security concerns, but accommodations are provided in a guest house with private facilities, and there are opportunities for social engagement and activities in the area.
