  • Proof-reading all documents before transmitting them for review to Management and the Board.

  • Handling travel arrangements and processing expense reports for staff members.
  • Engaging in analysis of workflow indicators and contributing to business process design.
  • Utilizing online tools for knowledge management and ensuring effective communication within the team.
  • Exercising initiative, sound judgment, and discretion in performing duties, especially under minimum supervision.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess strong administrative, technological, and organizational skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, supplemented by a minimum of four years of relevant experience. Familiarity with Fund practices and procedures, as well as knowledge of Fund software applications, particularly Word and Excel, is essential.
