Job Overview:
The Chargé(e) ou Chargé de Compte Entreprises position is pivotal in managing client relationships and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to corporate clients. The role involves understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and maintaining ongoing communication to foster long-term partnerships. The successful candidate will be expected to analyze market trends, identify opportunities for business development, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. The role is remote, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements while maintaining a strong focus on client engagement and satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze client data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for service enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customized solutions for clients.
  • Prepare and present reports on client performance and service delivery metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring timely communication and resolution of any issues that arise.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance personal and professional growth.

Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in account management or client relationship management, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Educational Background:
A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field is required. A master's degree or relevant certifications in account management or client relations would be an advantage.

Experience:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, client services, or a related field is required. Experience in the financial services or consulting industry is preferred but not mandatory.

Languages:
Fluency in French is mandatory, and proficiency in English is highly desirable. Knowledge of additional languages would be considered an asset.
