Job Overview: The UN Volunteer - Management and Oversight Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the UNFPA Rwanda Representative by ensuring effective and efficient management and oversight of the Country Office. Duties and Responsibilities: The Management and Oversight Specialist will undertake several key tasks under the supervision of the UNFPA Representative. These include assisting in streamlining and improving office operational processes, supporting the implementation of effective knowledge management systems, contributing to the preparation of operational plans and reports, and ensuring compliance with UN and UNFPA policies. The specialist will also support the Representative in following up on audit and evaluation recommendations, monitor corporate deadlines, and work with relevant heads of units to ensure quality and timely compliance. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with program partners and stakeholders, preparing presentations and briefings, facilitating effective communication and information sharing within the office, and assisting in the preparation of briefing notes and talking points for the Representative.
