Job Overview:
The position of Physicist in experimental particle physics research involves taking a leading role in various aspects of particle physics experiments. The successful candidate will be expected to coordinate or contribute significantly to studies, projects, or committee work, and represent the organization at conferences, workshops, or in other research laboratories and institutions. Additionally, the role includes supervising research and development work, as well as planning and managing activities that involve both material and personnel resources. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of particle physics experiments, including design, construction, and operation of detectors.
• Analyze experimental data and contribute to the interpretation of results.

• Represent the organization at various scientific events and workshops.
• Supervise research and development activities, managing both material and personnel resources effectively.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a PhD or equivalent relevant experience in the field of particle physics or a closely related discipline. An established record of post-doctoral experience is essential, along with a history of high-impact work in experimental particle physics research. Candidates should demonstrate experience in data analysis, proficiency in both on-line and off-line software, and competence in detector hardware. A capacity for innovation and the potential to make significant contributions to the scientific program of the organization are also required.

Educational Background:
A PhD in particle physics or a related field is mandatory for this position. Candidates should have a strong foundation in experimental physics principles and practices, as well as a comprehensive understanding of the theoretical aspects of particle physics.

Experience:
The ideal candidate will have substantial post-doctoral experience, with a proven track record of impactful research in experimental particle physics. Additional Notes:
The position offers an indefinite contract with special conditions that may include working during nights, Sundays, and official holidays, as well as in radiation-controlled areas and underground installations. International travel may be required. The holder of the indefinite contract is expected to progress in their initial assignment or in other domains as needed to fulfill the organization's mission.
