Job Overview:
The internship program at UNDP provides students from diverse academic backgrounds with practical work assignments that enhance their educational experience. Duties and Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must be enrolled in their final year of a university degree (Bachelor or Master) or be recent graduates with a maximum of one year since graduation in fields such as Development Studies, Business Management, International Relations, Economics, Social Studies, or Communication. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken, is essential. Candidates should be computer literate in standard software applications. Additional desirable skills include knowledge of sustainable development and youth empowerment, a demonstrated interest in UNDP's work, and the ability to interact with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Educational Background:
The position requires candidates to be in their final year of university or to have recently graduated from relevant programs. Fields of study should include Development Studies, Business Management, International Relations, Economics, Social Studies, or Communication. This educational background is crucial for understanding the complexities of development work and the specific focus areas of the internship.

Experience:
Interns should ideally have some experience or demonstrated interest in sustainable development and youth empowerment. While prior experience in Indonesia is an asset, it is not mandatory.
