Job Overview: The Director of the Wellness and Culture Division will provide effective leadership and strategic direction for WFP’s wellness initiatives, focusing on employee physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a university degree in Medicine (MD) and have completed residency training in a medical specialty, preferably in Internal Medicine or Occupational Health. A valid medical license to practice in any UN Member State is mandatory. The position requires extensive experience, with a minimum of thirteen years of senior-level experience, including six years in an international context. Candidates should have a background in international humanitarian development, experience leading multicultural teams, and a proven track record in managing medical services and multidisciplinary teams. Experience in emergency management, occupational health evaluations, and workplace inclusion is also essential. The ability to influence and coordinate with multiple stakeholders is crucial for success in this role.
