Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Chauffeur will undertake the following duties: • Deliver packages, documents, etc., between the office and other offices and institutions, such as ministries, embassies, and permanent missions. • Handle minor purchases and pick up urgent goods from local suppliers as needed. • Collect goods from customs services while adhering to customs regulations and formalities. • Conduct payments or receive payments for goods. • Drive vehicles carefully to transport authorized personnel and, in peacekeeping missions, transport regular cargo. • Pick up and deliver mail, documents, and other items. • Manage the transportation of officials from the airport. • Effectively and tactfully manage officials and visitors. • Perform daily maintenance on assigned vehicles, checking oil and water levels, battery, brakes, tires, etc.; carry out minor repairs and arrange for necessary repairs, ensuring the vehicle remains clean. • Serve as a chauffeur for VIPs and other designated officials. • Assist the workshop in preparing trucks for field trips by changing tires, cleaning air filters, and performing general checks. • Keep a record of fuel consumption and maintenance. • Ensure compliance with rules and regulations in case of involvement in an accident. • Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times. • Perform other duties as required.

Required Qualifications:
A secondary school diploma or equivalent is required. At least one (1) year of progressively responsible experience in chauffeur services is required. Experience driving various makes and models of vehicles, particularly light passenger transport vehicles, is desirable. A valid national driver's license is required.

Experience:
