Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accurately interpreting from English into one or more relevant languages (such as Swahili, Somali, Dinka, Nuer, Amharic, Tigrinya, Oromo) and vice versa during various medical interactions, including information sessions, pre/post-test counseling, and physical examinations.
• Supporting the flow of applicants within the MHAC by directing them to different units and performing minor messenger tasks as needed.
• Escorting applicants to external consultations at non-IOM medical facilities when required.
• Providing non-clerical support to medical staff, which may include guiding applicants within the facility and assisting in organizing waiting areas.
