Job Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Investigation Assistant will perform a range of duties, including but not limited to: assisting with investigations into security violations and misconduct; preparing comprehensive written reports; assessing the nature of complaints and establishing the necessary evidence; implementing administrative instructions and policies; visiting incident scenes to gather clues; maintaining liaison with local police and authorities; conducting random checks on mission vehicles; updating the investigations database; functioning as the Standby Duty Officer; conducting security surveys of office premises; and performing any other assignments as directed by the Chief Security Officer. The role requires a commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity in all tasks.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with relevant training in military or police procedures. Special training in investigation techniques is desirable. The position requires a strong understanding of security protocols and the ability to apply them effectively in various situations. Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to ethical conduct and the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.

Educational Background:

Experience:
A minimum of six years of security experience is required, which can be gained through military, national or international police, security, or fire brigade organizations.
