The Caseworker position is crucial in aiding victims and survivors of human trafficking. Required Qualifications:
Candidates for the Caseworker position should possess a strong background in social services or a related field. A 4-year degree with an emphasis in Social Work or an equivalent field of study is strongly preferred. Relevant professional experience in social services, humanitarian relief, public service, or a non-profit environment is essential, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience strongly preferred. Prior experience working with victims of human trafficking or other vulnerable populations is required, and experience in case management or victim assistance is preferred.
