The position of Técnico de Emprendimiento involves working closely with entrepreneurs and small business owners to provide support and guidance in the development of their business ideas. The successful candidate will be expected to facilitate workshops, provide one-on-one coaching, and assist in the creation of business plans. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of business plans and funding proposals.
  • Collaborate with local government and private sector partners to create supportive policies for entrepreneurship.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in entrepreneurship and innovation.

Required Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of entrepreneurship, business development, and innovation processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in project management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with local economic conditions and challenges faced by startups in Asturias.

Educational Background:
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Economics, or a related field is required. A master's degree or additional certifications in entrepreneurship or business development would be an advantage.

Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in entrepreneurship support, business consulting, or a related field is required. Experience working with startups or small businesses is highly desirable, as well as a proven track record of successfully guiding businesses through the startup phase.

Languages:
Fluency in Spanish is mandatory, as it is the primary language of communication in the region. Proficiency in English is also highly desirable, as it will facilitate communication with international partners and stakeholders. Knowledge of additional languages would be considered a plus.
