Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: providing administrative support to various departments, assisting in the organization of meetings and events, managing documentation and correspondence, maintaining records and databases, and collaborating with team members on special projects. Required Qualifications:
To be eligible for this position, candidates must be nationals of a CERN Member or Associate Member State. A general secondary education degree or an administrative diploma is required. Candidates should have a maximum of two years of professional experience since graduation by the application deadline. It is important to note that applicants who have previously held a CERN fellow or graduate contract are not eligible for this position. Furthermore, candidates with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree will not be considered for this role.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes a general secondary education degree or an administrative diploma. This foundational education is essential for performing the administrative tasks and responsibilities associated with the role effectively.

Experience:
