Job Overview:
The position of Head of Systemic & Multi-factor Risk Group requires an experienced leader with a strong quantitative and analytical background. Duties and Responsibilities:
The Head of Systemic & Multi-factor Risk Group will have a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to: managing technically strong multidisciplinary teams, conceptualizing and creating analytical groups, developing and implementing a multidimensional risk framework, conducting scenario and stress testing analyses, processing non-structured data, and communicating complex ideas to decision-makers. The role also involves fostering a cooperative work environment, attracting and motivating diverse staff, and collaborating with various stakeholders across the IDB Group. The candidate will be expected to demonstrate exceptional strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to monitor metrics and results effectively. Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a Master’s degree (or equivalent advanced degree) in relevant fields such as Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or Finance. A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience is required, particularly in managing and delivering analytical work focused on non-financial risk assessment, scenario analysis, and stress testing. Experience in management positions within multilateral and/or financial institutions is highly valued. Proficiency in working with econometric and statistical models, data management, and data visualization is essential.

Educational Background:
The educational background required for this position includes a Master’s degree or an equivalent advanced degree in fields relevant to the responsibilities of the role, such as Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or Finance. Experience:
