Job Overview:
The position of Une Assistante Partenariats Entreprises (H/F) involves supporting the organization in its mission to build and maintain partnerships with businesses. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential partners, managing relationships, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. The assistant will be expected to contribute to the development of partnership strategies, assist in organizing events, and support the implementation of collaborative projects. This position is crucial for enhancing the organization's visibility and effectiveness in achieving its goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist in identifying and researching potential business partners that align with the organization's mission.
  • Support the development and execution of partnership strategies and initiatives.
  • Manage communication with existing partners, ensuring timely updates and responses to inquiries.
  • Organize and coordinate partnership events, including workshops, meetings, and conferences.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on partnership activities and outcomes.

Required Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess partnership opportunities and outcomes.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.

Educational Background:
A bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is required. Additional certifications in partnership management or project management would be advantageous.

Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or a related field is required. Experience working in a non-profit or international organization is preferred, as it provides valuable insights into the dynamics of partnerships in a global context.

Languages:
Fluency in French is mandatory, while proficiency in English is highly desirable. Knowledge of additional languages would be considered an asset, particularly if they are relevant to the organization's operational regions.

Additional Notes:
This is a full-time position with a contract duration of 12 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and funding availability. The organization is open to recruiting candidates internationally, and competitive compensation packages, including benefits, will be offered.
