Educational Background:
A bachelor's degree in social sciences, community development, public administration, or a related field is required. A master's degree in a relevant area is preferred but not mandatory. Additional certifications in project management or community engagement are advantageous.

Experience:
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in community development, social work, or a related field is required. Experience working in Castilla-La Mancha or similar regions is highly desirable. Familiarity with local governance and community organizations will be considered an asset.

Languages:
