Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to assess candidate skills and match them with appropriate job opportunities.
  • Experience in career counseling or job placement services is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using job placement software and databases.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Educational Background:
A bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, social work, or a related field is required. Additional certifications in career counseling or job placement services are a plus. Continuous professional development in employment services and labor market trends is encouraged.

Experience:
