Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in fundraising, with a track record of successful campaigns and donor engagement.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving results.
Familiarity with fundraising software and data analysis tools to track and report on fundraising performance.
