Job Overview: The Online Volunteer position involves delivering online English teaching to Bangladeshi youth, focusing on enhancing their English language skills, particularly in business and social contexts. Facilitate the completion of the Business and Social English Online self-study course by guiding students through course materials, answering questions, and assisting with comprehension.

Provide corrective feedback during practice sessions to help students enhance their grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and overall language structure.
Monitor the progress of students, tracking attendance and performance to assess learning outcomes.
Encourage active participation and engagement from all students to ensure a successful learning experience.
Communicate regularly with the host entity to provide updates on student progress and share feedback or concerns.
Participate in an Online Induction to understand the assignment details and expected contributions.
Required Qualifications:
Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Experience in teaching or tutoring English, particularly in business and social contexts, is preferred.
Ability to engage and motivate students, fostering a positive learning environment.
Good communication skills to provide clear instructions and feedback.
Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms is an advantage.
Patience and adaptability to cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
