  • Advocacy Support for Children's Rights: Assist in advocacy activities with high Malian authorities and contribute to the preparation of necessary documents and materials.
  • Support for Internal and External Meetings: Identify and prioritize key meetings in consultation with relevant personnel and delegate secondary meetings to other colleagues.
  • Correspondence Management: Draft responses to certain letters for the Representative's signature, ensuring quality and compliance of official correspondence.
  • Other Tasks: Respond to additional requests from the Representative as needed.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a university degree in social sciences, international relations, communication, law, or a relevant field. They should demonstrate strong analytical and synthesis skills, excellent writing abilities in French, and the capacity to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.
