Job Overview:
The position of Voluntario(a) en Línea involves providing emotional support, psychoeducational counseling, and therapeutic attention to the Bolivian community through a call center service. Volunteers will work in shifts, contributing 10 hours per week, with schedules coordinated with a team of professionals. This role is crucial in addressing mental health issues and preventing violence in the community. Selected volunteers will undergo extensive training on care protocols, including first aid and emotional support, and will receive supervision from coordinators. Volunteers will receive certificates upon completion of all courses and training, in addition to a Volunteer Certificate.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide emotional support and counseling to callers through the call center service.
• Attend to community members in need of psychological assistance, ensuring a compassionate and professional approach.
• Participate in scheduled shifts, contributing a total of 10 hours per week.
