Job Overview: The Country Manager position at Hart, a sister company of CTG and part of the RW Chelsea Group, is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing all Mobile and Static contracts in Somalia. The Country Manager will manage key site supervisors, staffing, and client interactions while identifying future business opportunities. This role requires proactive management of internal issues to prevent client impact and keeping the CEO informed of all developments. The Country Manager will ensure the effective operational, administrative, and logistical management of static guarding operations, focusing on workplace health and safety, financial transactions, and human resources management. Duties and Responsibilities: The Country Manager will be tasked with managing all aspects of static guarding operations in Somalia, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in workforce management.
