Job Overview:
The HR Operational Partner (HROP) will work under the authority of the Head of Operational Human Resources Sector and will serve as an HR referent for one of the Foundation's areas of intervention. This role is crucial as it involves providing guidance and support to assigned delegations, creating and developing HR strategies, and advising managers within the Operations team. The HROP is expected to exemplify best practices in HR and contribute to the Foundation's strategic objectives by sharing effective HR solutions and practices. The position requires a proactive approach to HR management, ensuring that the organization's HR processes are meaningful, concrete, and measurable, tailored to the specific realities of the assigned delegations and countries of intervention.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The HROP will advise and support operational managers in analyzing and implementing HR processes, recommend tailored HR strategies, and facilitate the implementation of these strategies while managing organizational changes. The role includes participating in initiatives to harmonize HR practices, creating or adapting HR tools, maintaining HR management indicators, and providing support for setting up the regional office in the context of decentralization. The HROP will also be responsible for ensuring that HR practices align with the Foundation's strategic goals and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the organization.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a relevant field. They should have a proven track record of at least 5 years in various aspects of HR activities, including administrative management, recruitment, legal standards, career management, talent management, evaluations, learning and development, and conflict management. Experience in management or expert positions within an NGO, either at headquarters or in the field, is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Educational Background:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required for this position. This educational background is essential to ensure that the candidate has a solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal frameworks necessary for effective HR management within the organization.

Experience:
The position requires a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in various HR activities, including but not limited to administrative management, recruitment, legal compliance, career management, talent management, evaluations, learning and development, and conflict resolution. Candidates should have experience in management or expert roles within an NGO, either at the headquarters level or in field operations, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of HR functions in diverse contexts.

Languages:
High proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory for this position. Additionally, knowledge of a regional language and/or French is considered an asset, enhancing the candidate's ability to communicate effectively within the organization's diverse operational environments.

Additional Notes:
This position is offered under a Hungarian contract with an open-ended duration, compliant with Hungarian labor law. The gross monthly salary ranges between 1,513,594 HUF and 1,664,953 HUF, depending on the candidate's experience.
