Job Overview:
The Director of the Division of Integrated Services is a senior leadership role within the Office of the Prosecutor at the ICC. This position is responsible for managing the delivery of integrated services that support the Office's mandate. The Director will oversee various service functions, including forensic science, information management, language support, and tracking and information fusion. The role requires strategic thinking and the ability to implement modern tools and technologies to enhance the effectiveness of the Office. The Director will work closely with heads of sections and units to develop innovative approaches that align with the Office's goals, ensuring high-quality service delivery and cost efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Director will be tasked with ensuring effective coordination between the Division of Integrated Services and other divisions within the ICC. Responsibilities include leading the performance of the Division, managing service delivery, and developing projects aimed at improving operational performance. The Director will also be responsible for aligning the Division's strategy with the Office's vision, managing recruitment and training plans, and overseeing financial management to ensure budget compliance. Additionally, the Director will represent the Office in governance boards and ensure the implementation of technology strategies that optimize operations.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess an advanced university degree in management, operations, public or business administration, ICT, forensic sciences, or equivalent certification from a military or police academy. A first-level university degree combined with two additional years of relevant experience is acceptable in lieu of the advanced degree. The role requires a minimum of fifteen years of experience in management, operations, or service management, with demonstrated senior management functions and experience in information and knowledge management. Experience in criminal investigations and working in a multi-cultural environment is also essential.

Educational Background:
An advanced university degree in a relevant field is required for this position. Candidates with a first-level university degree and additional qualifying experience may also be considered. The educational background should ideally include studies related to management, operations, forensic sciences, or public administration, equipping the candidate with the necessary skills to lead and manage complex service delivery functions.

Experience:
The position requires at least fifteen years of relevant experience in management and operations, with a preference for candidates who have held senior management roles. Experience in change management, service management, and criminal investigations is crucial. Candidates should have a proven track record of designing strategies, managing performance, and working in international organizations, particularly in multi-cultural settings.

Languages:
Proficiency in one of the ICC's working languages, English or French, is mandatory. A working knowledge of the other language is considered a strong asset. Additionally, knowledge of other official languages of the Court, such as Arabic, Chinese, Russian, or Spanish, would be advantageous and enhance the candidate's profile.

This position is a fixed-term appointment with a minimum net annual salary of €151,69
