Job Overview: As the Human ResourcesCoordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and updating the Human Resources policy in accordance with the mission's needs and national legislation. You will manage the national human resources of the mission, ensuring that all HR practices align with legal requirements and organizational standards. Your role will involve developing strategies for capacity building and staff retention, managing the administrative aspects of national teams, and providing recommendations for optimizing human resources. You will also analyze HR-related risks and ensure compliance with legal and administrative requirements for both national and expatriate staff. This position is crucial for ensuring that the organization can effectively mobilize human resources for its humanitarian programs.
Duties and Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include: 1) Updating and improving the HR policy of PUI in the mission, ensuring compliance with local laws. 2) Proposing strategies for capacity building and retention of national staff. 3) Managing the administrative processes for national teams, including recruitment, hiring, compensation, performance evaluation, training, and termination. 4) Making recommendations for the rationalization and optimization of human resources. 5) Analyzing HR-related risks and providing alerts and recommendations as necessary. 6) Ensuring that all administrative files are maintained and that the mission operates in compliance with legal requirements. 7) Supporting the director" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">Country Director in managing HR and administrative aspects for expatriate staff.
Required Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must possess a higher education degree (Master's level or equivalent) in management or administrative management. A background in Human Resources is highly desirable. You should have at least two years of experience in a similar position within an international NGO, with prior experience at Première Urgence Internationale being a significant advantage. You must demonstrate strong team management skills, solid knowledge of labor law, recruitment processes, and payroll management, as well as competencies in training and development.
Educational Background: Candidates must have a Master's degree or equivalent in management or administrative management. A specialization in Human Resources will be considered a strong asset.
Experience: The position requires a minimum of two years of relevant experience in a similar role within an international NGO. Experience with Première Urgence Internationale is a significant advantage and will be viewed favorably during the selection process.
Languages: Fluency in French and English is mandatory for this position. Knowledge of Arabic will be considered a valuable asset, enhancing your candidacy.

The position is classified as a managerial role with a gross monthly salary ranging from €2,650 to €3,130, depending on your experience in international solidarity. Additional benefits include medical insurance, 24-hour assistance, repatriation coverage, collective housing, living expenses (Per Diem), a break regime allowing for 5 days off every 3 and 9 months of mission, and paid leave of 5 weeks per year, along with a round-trip airfare to your home every 6 months.
