Middle to Senior-level Specialists

Position Description/Summary: Tetra Tech seeks qualified Kosovar candidates with experience in local governance, social inclusion, civic participation, and civil society institutional strengthening programming. These positions are anticipated to be based in Pristina, Kosovo. Tetra Tech seeks candidates with expertise in one or more of the following areas: * Municipal government and decentralization * Public Administration * Integrity and accountability of municipal governments and officials * Municipal outreach and communications * Economic development * Public financial management * Citizen engagement, including youth and vulnerable groups * Gender and social inclusion * Financial and Grants Management * Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning * Budget and Accounting Qualifications: *Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (Master’s preferred); *Minimum of five to ten years of relevant professional experience; *Demonstrated expertise in analytical, writing, and training skills; *Demonstrated understanding of general monitoring and evaluation practices; *Demonstrated leadership, versatility and integrity; *Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as cultural and political sensitivity; *Professional written and spoken proficiency in English and fluency in Albanian and/or Serbian is required; *Demonstrated experience in supervising projects and budgets; *Ability to work in Kosovo required;
