Job Description

Chemonics seeks applications from senior candidates for senior management positions for various anticipated USAID proposals in Honduras. These projects aim to address justice and institutional strengthening, violence prevention, anti-corruption, and post-conflict stabilization. This position will be based in Honduras. We are looking for individuals who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of people around the world. Qualifications:

Experience in rule of law, criminal justice reform, environmental justice strengthening, citizen security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security, transitional justice, civil society organization capacity building, gender and social inclusion, anti-trafficking in persons, and/or institutional strengthening
Experience in project management, operations, budgeting, and/or monitoring and evaluation
Experience in Latin America required; experience in Honduras preferred
Demonstrated ability to establish strong working relationships with government officials, non-governmental organizations, and other donors; USAID experience preferred
Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity
USAID experience preferred; required for some positions
At least 8 years of experience required
