Psychologist (Mental Health and Care Practices Gender and Protection Head of Department)

Under the supervision of the Deputy Country Director, and the MHCP GP Regional Technical Advisor as the functional manager based at HQ you will provide strategic vision and direction to develop the MHCPGP program in Bangladesh. This includes fundraising initiatives, managing the project development cycle of all projects under the team, mentoring and capacity building of staff, and providing innovative new solutions to response to the Rohingya crisis and other needs across Bangladesh Your main responsibilities will be :

• To contribute to the country strategy and positioning of the MHCP GP department, as well as the department's active involvement in the national sectoral coordination and technical working groups
• To support identification of needs and formulation of project proposals
• To support implementation of MHCP GP project and activites throughout the entiry of the project management cycle
• To promote capitalization, innovation, technology and research in the MHCP GP department

REQUESTED PROFILE You hold a clinical psychology master degree. You have at least two years of field experience with NGOs at coordination level. You demonstrate good skills on supervision also with remote management and capacity building / system strengthening. You have excellent skills in representation, writing proposals. You demonstrate an excellent diplomacy, communication, and organizational. Fluency in English written/spoken is compulsory. SPECIFIC CONDITIONS / SALARY 12 months duration contract. Remuneration package according to ACF policy, under French or Bangladesh labor law.
