Job Overview: The WWF Specialist in Employee Services is responsible for managing the employment contracts across various countries, ensuring that all formal letters related to the lifecycle of staff members are handled efficiently. This role serves as the focal point for insurance requests and cases, providing regular dashboards and analytics to support the HR function. The position requires a proactive approach to managing employee lifecycle processes, including maintaining employee e-files, contract changes, and administrative enrollments. The Specialist will also coordinate work permit requests and serve as a backup for payroll processes, ensuring that all HR projects related to Employee Services are executed effectively. This role is crucial in creating an optimal working environment that allows staff to perform at their highest level, contributing to WWF's conservation goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare all global contracts across countries and send packages to candidates, collecting related documents back.
Maintain global contract templates up to date for all locations, coordinating the finalization of local contracts and addendums with hosting offices where applicable.
Manage the employee lifecycle by overseeing employee e-files, contract addendums, contract changes, and any specific administrative enrollments.
Act as the main point of contact for questions related to various insurances and third parties, following up on cases and handling communication for staff and the P&C Community.
Organize awareness sessions related to insurance and employee services.
Coordinate work permit requests for Secretariat staff and manage all relevant renewals with third parties.
Serve as the HRIS backup for the HRIS super user, providing regular reporting and dashboard provisions.
Act as payroll backup in the absence of the Specialist, Payroll, and participate in the payroll process as needed.
Work on ad hoc HR projects related to Employee Services activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Educational Background: Candidates must possess a commercial diploma in Human Resources or a related field. This educational background provides the foundational knowledge necessary for understanding HR practices and policies in a global context, which is critical for the role.
Experience: The position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, specifically in a complex global environment. This experience should include working with multiple stakeholders and navigating various HR policies, which is essential for managing the diverse needs of staff across different countries.
Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory, with a very good working knowledge of French being ideal. Proficiency in these languages is crucial for effective communication within the organization and with external partners.
