Job Overview: The Administration Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the effective implementation of the FAO Representation's programs and project activities. This position involves providing comprehensive administrative and operational services, which are essential for the smooth functioning of the office. The Administration Specialist will be responsible for coordinating various administrative functions, including protocol, travel management, and general office administration. The role requires effective communication and collaboration with both internal FAO counterparts and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with FAO policies and timely execution of administrative processes. Experience: The Administration Specialist should have at least three years of relevant experience in areas such as office management, administration, accounting, or finance. Familiarity with financial management and reporting, as well as experience in a field office or decentralized operational setting, would be advantageous.
