Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide reliable driving services for the transport of authorized personnel and for field visits.
Ensure the delivery and collection of mail, documents, and other items as required.
Meet official personnel and visitors at the airport, facilitating immigration and customs formalities.
Check the availability of all required documents and supplies for the assigned vehicle, including insurance, vehicle logs, and first aid kits.
Log official trips, daily mileage, and fuel consumption.
Undertake day-to-day maintenance of the assigned vehicle, including minor repairs, oil changes, and car washing.
Report any incidents or accidents according to established rules and regulations.
Perform messenger duties, including handling deliveries and collecting and loading/unloading mail and supplies.
Required Qualifications: Essential qualifications include a secondary, technical, or commercial school education and a valid driving license. Desirable qualifications include a basic mechanics certificate and first aid training. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of local traffic regulations and the topography of the country, as well as protocol and organizational security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security standards for drivers. Basic mechanical knowledge and skills in operating and maintaining different types of vehicles are also required.
