Duties and Responsibilities: The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for responding to compensation-related inquiries from employees and managers, addressing questions about salary offers, promotions, equity reviews, and recognition programs. The analyst will complete and submit compensation surveys under the guidance of the TR Director, ensuring that market data is reported accurately and on time. Additionally, the analyst will compile and validate both internal and external compensation data, maintaining essential compensation materials such as salary structures and market comparison reports. The role involves executing annual compensation processes, including merit increases and promotions, in coordination with People Technology and under the direction of the TR Director. The analyst will partner with the Talent Acquisition team to provide compensation data for new hire offers and internal transfers, ensuring alignment with established salary structures. Furthermore, the analyst will work with the People Technology team to ensure accurate processing of compensation transactions in Workday, including data validation and audits. The preparation of recurring and ad hoc compensation reports for leadership and stakeholders is also a key responsibility, along with administering rewards and recognition programs from a compensation perspective. The analyst must ensure adherence to internal compensation policies and support compliance with applicable regulations and best practices, while also performing other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications: Candidates for the Compensation Analyst position must possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration. A Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is preferred. The role requires a minimum of 4 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in HRIS data management, with experience in Workday being advantageous. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with outstanding customer service abilities. Candidates must demonstrate integrity and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
