Duties and Responsibilities: As a Young Professional in the World Bank Group, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support the ITS Country Engagement unit (ITSCE). Your duties will include planning, coordinating, and delivering strategic initiatives across the ITSCE portfolio. You will conduct business analysis, engage in process improvement, and gather requirements to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, you will coordinate stakeholder engagement across various operational, business, and technology teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. You will be tasked with developing management presentations, briefing notes, reports, and outreach materials to facilitate information sharing and decision-making. Monitoring project milestones, risks, dependencies, and performance indicators will be a key responsibility, as will supporting portfolio governance, planning exercises, change management, and communications activities. You will also facilitate collaboration among geographically distributed teams and business partners, ensuring that initiatives are executed smoothly and effectively.
Required Qualifications: To be considered for the Young Professionals Program, candidates must possess a minimum of a Master's degree in relevant fields such as Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, International Development, Information Systems, or Project Management. Additionally, candidates should have between 2 to 6 years of relevant professional experience, particularly in areas such as program management, business operations, business analysis, strategy, or digital transformation. Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills are essential, as well as the ability to coordinate complex initiatives involving multiple teams and priorities.
