Job Overview:
The Client Support Analyst position is integral to the FAO Shared Services Centre in Bangkok, Thailand. This role involves providing cross-functional client support and systems user support in administrative processing areas such as hire to retire, invoice to pay, and procedural guidance. The analyst will be responsible for advising both internal and external clients on various transactions within the FAO Global Resource Management System (ORACLE), ensuring compliance with FAO rules and procedures. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement in service delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Client Support Analyst will undertake a variety of tasks, including advising FAO clients and employees on Procure to Pay, Finance, Travel, and HR transactions. They will provide support for users operating FAO corporate systems, manage access to administrative systems, and investigate complex cases while communicating findings with documented evidence. The analyst will handle incoming service requests through a tracking system and voice line, ensuring adherence to established Service Level Agreements. They will escalate issues as necessary, identify problems clients encounter in processing transactions, and propose adjustments to resolve data discrepancies. Additionally, the analyst will participate in testing system changes and report recurring issues to their supervisor, while performing other duties as required.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must have completed secondary school and possess a minimum of one year of relevant work experience in client support or a related field. A working knowledge of English at a C1 level is mandatory, and knowledge of another FAO language such as Arabic, Chinese, French, Spanish, or Russian is desirable. Candidates must also be nationals of Hungary or residents of Thailand with a valid work permit.

Educational Background:
The educational requirement for this position is the completion of secondary school. This foundational education is essential for understanding the administrative processes and systems that the Client Support Analyst will be working with.

Experience:
The position requires at least one year of relevant work experience in client support or a related field. This experience should ideally include familiarity with client relations management tools and enterprise resource planning systems, which are crucial for effectively managing client interactions and transactions.

Languages:
A working knowledge of English at a C1 level is mandatory for this position. Additionally, knowledge of another FAO language such as Arabic, Chinese, French, Spanish, or Russian is considered desirable and would enhance the candidate's ability to communicate with a diverse client base.
