Job Overview: The FundraisingOperations Senior Business Analyst is a crucial position within the WWF, responsible for maintaining the integrity of the organization's CRM database and leading the implementation of automated data processing solutions. Duties and Responsibilities: The key responsibilities of the Fundraising Operations Senior Business Analyst include overseeing all automated data processing related to Fundraising Operations, designing and managing file imports and layouts using BrightVine Data Loader, SAS, and BBCRM technology. The analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, develop innovative solutions to address business challenges, and drive the end-to-end lifecycle for special projects, software upgrades, and implementations. This includes planning, execution, monitoring, and control to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. The analyst will also identify and mitigate risks that may impact project success, lead meetings and workshops to communicate changes, create and maintain business process documents, and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree and have at least 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within the non-profit sector. Experience with CRM databases and high-volume data processing is essential, with a strong preference for candidates familiar with BBCRM and BrightVine Data Loader. Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, and Power Automate is also strongly desired. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, outstanding organizational and project management skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position, ideally in a field related to business analysis, data management, or a similar discipline.
