Job Overview:
The Workplace Applications & SMART IT Associate position is designed for individuals who are passionate about workplace technology and digital experiences. This role involves leading the implementation, integration, and lifecycle management of workplace applications and SMART IT solutions. The associate will work closely with both technology and business teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance productivity and connectivity in the workplace. The position requires a blend of technical expertise, stakeholder engagement, and a focus on technology innovation to drive significant business impact. Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of the Workplace Applications & SMART IT Associate include managing the entire lifecycle of workplace applications and SaaS solutions, from onboarding to retirement. The associate will lead the implementation and integration of workplace technologies, ensuring they align with enterprise architecture and security standards. They will partner with various business departments to deliver SMART IT solutions, including IoT-enabled technologies and smart building systems. Collaboration with architects, security, QA, and engineering teams is essential for designing, testing, deploying, and supporting new solutions. The associate will also drive workplace technology initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and support application governance processes. Continuous improvement and automation opportunities will be a focus, enhancing user experiences across workplace technology services.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must have experience managing enterprise applications or workplace technology platforms throughout their lifecycle. A good understanding of SaaS applications and cloud-based solutions is essential, along with experience in systems integration, APIs, and platform connectivity. Knowledge of enterprise architecture, governance, security, and compliance requirements is necessary, as well as familiarity with workplace technologies such as smart building systems and AV/meeting room technologies. Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required, along with a degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
