Duties and Responsibilities:
The UNHCR NUNV CESDI Clerks will have a comprehensive set of responsibilities, including but not limited to: assisting in the regularization process of temporary residency visa applications (VIRTE II) for Venezuelan nationals; reviewing special cases to provide solutions for individuals needing regularization; collaborating with the Ministry of Human Mobility to disseminate information regarding visa applications; managing all aspects related to the issuance of visas, including documentation and communication with applicants; performing any additional tasks related to the regularization of individuals in mobility as assigned by the Ministry; ensuring compliance with established procedures and protocols; participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role; and contributing to the overall mission of UNHCR by promoting the rights and well-being of refugees and migrants.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates for the UNHCR NUNV CESDI Clerks position must meet several qualifications, including: being a national or legal resident of Ecuador; possessing a minimum of six months of experience in process systematization, registry management, or related fields; having prior experience in regularization processes is preferred; demonstrating a strong understanding of the legal and social frameworks surrounding migration; and exhibiting a commitment to humanitarian principles and the mission of UNHCR.
