Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Research Assistant include:
Supporting the implementation of the COTONI Project and RAP activities by assisting in day-to-day operations, providing logistical and administrative support for meetings and workshops, and preparing necessary documentation.
Monitoring and reporting on project progress by collecting and organizing data, updating monitoring tools, and preparing reports and presentations.
Conducting research and managing data by verifying and compiling quantitative and qualitative data, maintaining datasets, and assisting in data analysis.
Planning and coordinating project activities by updating work plans, tracking deadlines, and preparing meeting notes.
Managing knowledge and administrative tasks by maintaining organized project files, updating databases, and preparing communication materials. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
Required Qualifications: The position requires a high school diploma as a minimum educational qualification. Additionally, candidates must possess at least one year of experience in management, economics, or a related field.
