Job Overview: The Global Chief of Party I (COP I) will play a pivotal role in leading a five-year multi-country project aimed at delivering integrated health services, including HIV, tuberculosis, maternal and child health, malaria, and nutrition. This position is crucial for ensuring that the project meets its objectives through effective management and leadership. The COP I will oversee the project’s implementation, ensuring that it aligns with donor expectations and adheres to CRS program quality standards. Strong knowledge and experience in budget management are essential, along with at least 2 years of staff management experience that fosters a learning environment. Candidates should demonstrate experience in coaching senior program staff and possess strong leadership abilities.
Educational Background: The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as health systems strengthening, international development, or international relations.
