Job Overview:
The Project Manager will lead the transition project from SAP BFC to a new cloud-based Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solution. This role is crucial for enhancing the financial data collection, consolidation, analysis, and reporting processes within MSF International. The Project Manager will ensure that the project is executed successfully, adhering to timelines, budgets, and best practices while maintaining stakeholder engagement. The position requires a strategic approach to project management, focusing on delivering a user-friendly and insightful financial reporting tool that meets the needs of the organization. The Project Manager will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure the project's success and sustainability post-implementation.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Manage the project plan and activities to ensure quality implementation and stakeholder support, including refining project scope and goals, developing detailed plans, conducting progress reviews, and ensuring compliance with IT standards. 2) Oversee data migration and integration activities, ensuring the accuracy and security" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">security of financial data. 3) Analyze risks and devise mitigation strategies while seeking opportunities for optimization. 4) Lead communications with stakeholders, providing direction and governance for the project. 5) Manage the project budget, adjusting as necessary and securing funding. 6) Supervise and coach the Business Analyst, ensuring clear performance goals and support. 7) Manage relationships with external parties, ensuring optimal delivery and adherence to contracts. 8) Participate in planning activities and support other initiatives of the International Finance Team.

Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess strong project management skills, with a proven track record in managing large-scale IT projects. They should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders. A deep understanding of financial systems and processes, particularly in the context of EPM solutions, is essential. The candidate should also demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results within set timelines and budgets.

Educational Background:
A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, information technology, or a related field is required. A master's degree or relevant certifications in project management (such as PMP or PRINCE2) would be advantageous.

Experience:
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in finance or IT-related projects. Experience in managing transitions to new financial systems or EPM solutions is highly desirable. Familiarity with MSF's operational context and humanitarian principles would be a plus.

Languages:
Fluency in English is mandatory, while proficiency in French or other languages spoken in MSF's operational regions would be considered an asset.

Additional Notes:
This position is a fixed-term contract or consultancy at 100%, intended for a duration of three years, subject to local employment regulations. The starting date is as soon as possible, and the compensation and benefits package will align with MSF's standards.
