Job Overview: The position of Référent·e RH Techniques involves supporting the methodological and operational aspects of HR teams in SI's intervention countries. The individual in this role will contribute to the development of HR frameworks, tools, and best practices, ensuring their correct and harmonized implementation within the organization. A key responsibility is to enhance the skills of HR Coordinators, aiming to improve the quality of HR practices in country offices and optimize their autonomy. The Référent·e RH Techniques will be recognized as a resource person for a specific area of expertise, with detailed themes and responsibilities outlined in an individual roadmap. The role includes providing support, advice, and assistance to HR Coordinators, particularly through discussions and reflections on field HR issues to contribute to finding suitable solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities: The main duties and responsibilities of the Référent·e RH Techniques include:
Providing technical and methodological support to country offices, enhancing their competencies and technical capacities.
Structuring HR technical expertise by developing, updating, and disseminating HR knowledge.
Ensuring accountability and managing HR risks.
Participating in the internal coordination of the service and department, contributing to the overall functioning of the organization. The role requires active engagement in supporting country offices and facilitating the sharing of best practices and methodologies across the organization.
Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess experience in HR management and coordination roles at the international level within the humanitarian sector. A foundational education in human resources management, business school, political science, social law, or work psychology at the master's level is required. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of HR issues specific to the humanitarian sector, proficiency in the Homère software, and strong IT skills, particularly with the Microsoft 365 suite. The ability to analyze needs and propose solutions, along with a balance of rigor and flexibility, is essential. Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders are also necessary.
Educational Background: The educational background required for this position includes a master's degree in human resources management, business administration, political science, social law, or work psychology. This advanced education is crucial for understanding the complexities of HR in the humanitarian context and for effectively contributing to the organization's mission.
Experience: Candidates should have substantial experience in HR management and coordination roles, particularly in international settings within the humanitarian sector. Languages: Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory for this position. Knowledge of an additional language such as Spanish, Portuguese, or Arabic is considered an asset and may enhance a candidate's profile.
Additional Notes: The position is based at the headquarters of Solidarités International in Clichy la Garenne, with the possibility of remote work. The contract is a permanent contract (CDI) with a managerial status. The gross monthly salary ranges from €3,183 to €3,316, depending on the applicable salary scale at headquarters. There is flexibility for remote work, allowing for 4 to 12 days of telecommuting per month or full remote work with a requirement of 3 in-person days per month. Employees are entitled to 2.0833 vacation days per month and 1 RTT day for each full month of work. The organization provides health insurance coverage (80%), meal vouchers (60%), and transportation subsidies (50%) for Île de France. Additionally, recovery days and full medical coverage during field missions are provided.
