Job Overview: The Regional Senior HR Business Partner (SHRBP) is a highly experienced HR professional who acts as a strategic advisor to business leaders, translating organizational priorities into effective people strategies. This role operates across five offices in Africa, specifically in Ethiopia, Kenya, Nigeria, Senegal, and South Africa. The SHRBP is responsible for balancing strategic counsel with operational excellence to enhance the employee experience. Duties and Responsibilities: The SHRBP's responsibilities include driving a high-performance culture through effective performance management, overseeing talent management and succession planning, and supporting organizational transitions and change management. The SHRBP will lead performance review cycles, ensuring meaningful goal-setting and feedback processes. They will also manage employee mobility, ensuring that transitions are viewed as opportunities for talent development. The SHRBP will serve as a strategic advisor during organizational restructuring, guiding leaders through change management processes.
