Duties and Responsibilities:
The ICT4D Coordinator will undertake a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to: providing strategic and technical guidance to senior leadership to ensure that digital transformation initiatives are aligned with programmatic goals; leading the identification, piloting, and scaling of digital solutions that enhance data quality and accountability; managing the global ICT4D team to foster effective collaboration and support across WHH programs; promoting standardized approaches to digital data collection and reporting; strengthening the capacity of country offices through training and mentoring; ensuring compliance with data protection standards; building partnerships with internal teams and technology providers; representing WHH in ICT4D networks; and monitoring global trends in digital development to provide actionable insights.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates for the ICT4D Coordinator position must possess an advanced degree, preferably a Master's, in fields such as data science, ICT4D, or international development. A proven track record in implementing and managing digital data systems is essential, with specific experience in tools like CommCare, Power BI, RedRose, and Azure. Strong expertise in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) is required, along with experience in evidence-based design" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted #007bff !important;">program design and data-driven decision-making. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills, a solid understanding of data protection and governance, and a strategic mindset with problem-solving abilities.
