Job Overview: The Programme Management Officer position is situated within the Strategic Planning, Oversight and Results Division (SPORD) of the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA). The primary focus of this role is the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of various programs and operations related to the ECA Fellowship Programme. The officer will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans for the fellowship, ensuring effective recruitment and onboarding of fellows, and maintaining smooth operational processes.
