Duties and Responsibilities:
The incumbent will undertake a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to: providing administrative assistance to the Chief of Section, establishing project plans, distributing tasks among staff and contractors, coordinating supplies and services, monitoring ongoing processes, providing logistics support to the Mission HQ, reviewing incoming requests, advising on maintenance needs, contacting vendors for services, conducting inspections, monitoring service contracts, drafting service contracts, coordinating with the procurement unit, reviewing contractor work, checking invoices for accuracy, providing logistical support for briefings and conferences, ensuring conference room availability, advising on equipment installation, managing stationery and furniture requests, supporting claims officers, assisting in emergencies, managing key and accommodation bookings, preparing cost recovery for accommodations, performing environmental activities, and assisting in waste management. The role requires flexibility and the ability to perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. A first-level university degree or higher can reduce the required work experience. The position requires a minimum of five years of relevant experience in facilities management, building management, engineering, architecture, or administrative services. For candidates with a first-level university degree, the required experience is reduced to three years. Experience in facilities management and accommodation management is desirable, as is relevant experience with the United Nations or similar international organizations.
