Duties and Responsibilities: The incumbent will be tasked with ensuring the consistent application of UNICEF's administrative and financial policies, procedures, and internal controls, particularly during corporate activation periods. Key responsibilities include coordinating essential office and field support services such as travel, transport, asset management, local procurement, and vendor follow-up. The officer will also manage office equipment, administrative supplies, and vehicles, ensuring proper maintenance and inventory updates. Additionally, the role involves preparing, monitoring, and following up on service contracts and vendor arrangements, tracking expenditures, and supporting timely financial processing to ensure uninterrupted implementation of Ebola response activities.
