Job Overview:

The intern will contribute to improving data quality and integrity, which is essential for the success of the PSP campaigns. The role involves operational support for key systems such as Salesforce and payment gateways, ensuring that the data management processes are efficient and effective. The intern will work closely under the supervision of the Data Management Associate, gaining hands-on experience in data management and CRM tools. Duties and Responsibilities:
The intern will be responsible for a variety of tasks that include: performing updates and corrections in the database, cleaning and standardizing data, and enriching data records. They will support the creation and maintenance of donor records, assist in monitoring the integrity of the database, and help in the creation of segmentation lists for donor campaigns. Additionally, the intern will monitor transactions related to payment gateways and support reconciliation efforts. They will execute deduplication and organization tasks to ensure data cleanliness and will assist with ad hoc requests and process improvements as needed. Collaboration with the PSP team and other internal teams will also be a key part of the role, ensuring that data management aligns with broader organizational goals.

Required Qualifications:
To qualify for this internship, candidates must be recent graduates or current students who have completed at least two years of undergraduate studies in a relevant field such as Data Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, or related disciplines from a university accredited by UNESCO. Candidates should demonstrate a strong interest in data management and systems, possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical capabilities. Fluency in Portuguese is mandatory, along with intermediate communication skills in English. Familiarity with databases and CRM tools such as Excel, Salesforce, and Power BI is desirable, enhancing the candidate's ability to perform effectively in this role.

Educational Background:
Candidates must have completed their studies within one year of applying for the internship or have completed at least two years of an undergraduate program in a relevant field. The educational institution must be accredited by UNESCO or an equivalent body.
