Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the UN Volunteer include:
Supporting programs and projects by contributing to the implementation of initiatives aligned with the office's priorities.
Participating in the development of work plans and monitoring activities to ensure effective execution.
Assisting in the collection of information and preparation of documents such as concept notes, reports, and briefings.
Providing logistical and administrative support during activities, meetings, and missions.
Contributing to the monitoring of project results and drafting simple reports.
Conducting research and analysis, preparing data and contributions for documents, projects, and proposals, as well as for publications and online content.
Ensuring that knowledge management systems and websites are up to date and accessible to office staff.
Uploading institutional memory to automated systems and other platforms.
