Job Overview:
The Digital Fundraising Intern position is situated within the Private Partnerships and Fundraising (PPF) division of WFP, specifically in the Individual Giving Global Supporter Acquisition Team. This role is crucial for supporting the technical setups and coordination of digital fundraising assets, ensuring that campaigns are executed flawlessly across various platforms, including Meta, TikTok, and Drupal. The intern will assist in the setup of social media fundraising campaigns, donation pages, and will work closely with campaign managers to ensure internal alignment and documentation. Duties and Responsibilities:
The intern will be responsible for executing digital fundraising campaign setups across various platforms, including Meta and TikTok. Key responsibilities include supporting the setup of social media fundraising campaigns, ensuring that all creatives are aligned with final clearance documents, and accurately named for quality metadata. The intern will also assist in setting up donation pages in GoDonate, including managing redirects and URL tagging. Additionally, the intern will support campaign managers in maintaining internal alignment and documentation using tools like Asana and Sharepoint. Other duties include assisting with the editing and setup of Drupal pages, drafting clearance documents for creative assets, reviewing raw video and photo content, creating draft social media assets using Canva, conducting risk assessments for celebrity fundraising prospects, and analyzing live fundraising campaigns using Tableau. The intern will also be expected to provide proofreading and translation support for final campaign assets when possible.

Required Qualifications:
Candidates should possess a university degree in a relevant discipline such as marketing, communications, business, or international relations. They should have some experience supporting a team in areas related to digital marketing, creative/media, social media, or fundraising. Familiarity with Meta and TikTok ads managers, as well as tools like GoDonate and Drupal, is essential. Basic skills in image editing using Canva or similar tools, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), are required. Knowledge of digital fundraising practices is considered a strong advantage. The ideal candidate should demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Educational Background:
A university degree in a relevant field such as marketing, communications, business, or international relations is required for this position. This educational background will provide the necessary foundation for understanding the principles of digital marketing and fundraising, which are critical to the role.

Experience:
The position requires some experience in supporting a team within relevant areas such as digital marketing, creative/media, social media, or fundraising. This experience can be gained through internships, volunteer work, or previous employment, and should demonstrate the candidate's ability to contribute effectively to a team and manage tasks related to digital fundraising campaigns.

Languages:
Fluency in English at level C2 is mandatory for this position.
